In Romans 8:26, Paul recognizes that, at times, “we do not know what we should pray for as we ought … .” We may likewise not know how to praise God as we ought. The Psalms are words that God has inspired and explicitly approved for His praise. If we struggle for words to praise God, the Psalms are a good place to start.
